In case you have paid the charges relating to your subscription multiple times,
please write to us at email@example.com with the Subject line “Refund”
and we will initiate the necessary procedure to refund your money. In case your
payment has been collected by our channel partner and not by Connex Teletech Private Limited, you may request for a full refund of the charges from the channel partner.
Payments made to Tally on wheels which are subjected to refund would be returned
to the customer’s credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days
upon approval of the refund request.
