Privacy Notice: Tally on Wheels is committed to protecting the privacy of those involved in its business. Our Privacy Notice is meant to help you understand, among other things, what Personal Data we may collect about you; how we may use that information; when we may use your details to contact you; and your choices about the Personal Data that you give to us.
The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the Platforms. The term “Service(s)” refers to any Service offered by us on our platforms or otherwise and would include any other future services we may provide or propose to provide.
We recognize the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. This Policy applies to current and former visitors to our Platforms and to our online customers. By visiting and/or using our Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree with any term in this Policy, please do not use/avail of our Services.
Information we collect
Tally on Wheels collects information as part of its normal business operations and in the administration of Customer relationships, which may include Personal Data.
Business Contact and Customer Relationship Management. We collect and maintain information about our Customers, which may include company name and other Contact information. We collect your name, email, mobile number, device id [IMEI No.], phone number, street, city, state, Pincode, country, IP address, GSTIN, or such other personal identification information. Additionally, we might request you to share your bank account details or other payment-related information either for sending or receiving payments.
Customer Support and Service. When Customers contact us for support or other customer service requests, we maintain support tickets and other records related to the requests. We may also collect call recordings related to support and customer service-related calls.
Usage Details. We collect information about Customers’ usage of our Services, including IP address, Customer ID, email address, and other usage statistics. We do not collect usage details about Customer end users, except as necessary to provide and support the Services requested by Customers.
When you visit our Sites, our server automatically collects certain browser or device generated information, which may in some cases constitute Personal Data, including but not limited to:
- your domain;
- your IP address;
- the date, time and duration of your visit;
- your browser type;
- your operating system;
- your page visits;
- information from third parties;
- other information about your computer or device; or
- Internet traffic.
Information you post. We collect the information you post on our Platforms regarding issues, feature requests, etc.
De-identified Data. We may de-identify and aggregate certain data we collect such that the data no longer identifies or can be linked to a particular customer or an individual data subject (“De-identified Data”), subject to the terms of any applicable customer agreements. We may use this De-Identified Data to improve our Services, analyze trends, publish market research, and for other marketing, research or statistical purposes, and may disclose such data to third parties for these specific purposes.
Demographic information. We may collect demographic information about you, products you like, add-ons/software/modules or solutions you intend to order or try, add-ons you buy, or any other information provided by you during the use of our Services. We might collect this as a part of a survey or promotion also.
Other information. If you use our Platform, we may collect information about your IP address and the browser you are using. We might look at what site you came from, the duration of time spent on our website, pages accessed, or what site you visit when you leave us. We might also collect the type of mobile device you are using, or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running.
Any information provided by you will not be considered as personal information if it is freely available and/or accessible in the public domain or is not deemed as a personal information under the applicable law. Further, any reviews, comments, messages, blogs posted/uploaded/conveyed/communicated by you on the public sections of the Platform or an application store (like the App Store or Play Store) becomes published content and is not considered as personal information which is subject to this Policy.
In case you choose to decline to submit information our Platform, we may not be able to provide certain services on the Platform to you. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of the same at the appropriate time. In any case, we will not be liable and or responsible for the denial of certain services to you for due to not receiving necessary information from you.
Ways in which we collect information
We collect information directly from you. We collect information if you post a comment on our Platforms, websites or ask us a question through phone or email.
We collect information from you passively. We use tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, browser cookies and web beacons for collecting information about your usage of our Platform.
Use of your personal information
- We use information to contact you. We might use the information you provide to contact you.
- We use information to respond to your requests or questions. We might use your information to confirm your order or purchase or specification for your typical need(s).

How We Share Your Personal Data
We may transfer / share information (personal and non-personal) provided to us by you with another Connex Teletech Private Limited group / corporate entities or affiliates, to the extent required for the purposes of
- providing you with the Services on the Platforms or for the purposes of developing and providing you with new services, products and/or new applications which may be developed by us, our group entities or our affiliates,
- our internal business and/or administrative purposes, and/or
- general corporate operations and to any third-party service providers including marketing partners, and you hereby consent to the same. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that these third-party service providers are obligated to protect your personal information and are also subject to appropriate confidentiality/non-disclosure obligations and they comply with the applicable provisions of the data protection laws.
Please note, information collected from you may be processed in or accessed from India or jurisdictions outside of India by members of Connex Teletech Private Limited group entities and categories of third-parties in a jurisdiction that do not have equivalent data protection laws to those in India for the purpose outlined above. These group entities and affiliates with whom such information is shared may market to you as a result of such sharing unless you are explicitly opt-out.
Further, we may share the information provided to us by you with third parties such as Connex Teletech Private Limited group entities, affiliates, service providers, customers, or business partners. This may be done in order to provide you access to Services and products offered by us; to collect payments from you; to facilitate our marketing and advertising activities; to comply with our legal obligations etc.
We may share information if we think we have to in order to comply with the law or to protect ourselves. We will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may also share it if a government agency or investigatory body requests as per law. Or we might also share information when we are investigating potential fraud.
In the event that we are involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, change of control, or any form of sale of some or all of our assets, your information may be transferred or disclosed in connection with such business transactions.

Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still be sending you transactional messages through email and SMS about your purchases or orders.

Accessing and updating personal information
When you use the Platform, we make good faith efforts to provide you, as and when requested by you, with access to your information and shall further ensure that any personal information or sensitive personal data or other information found to be inaccurate or deficient shall be corrected or amended as feasible, subject to any requirement for such personal information or sensitive personal data or information to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. We ask you to identify yourself and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required. In any case, where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort. Because of the way we maintain certain services, after you delete your information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems.
Information storage and backup
From time to time, we take backup of your data. This is done to provide you reliable service in case of any data loss.
We shall keep your information in our records till the period of time where we can potentially offer our Services. After such a period of time where our Services are no more relevant to you,
we remove all the information pertaining to you from our records.
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration, disclosure or destruction of data including accidental or intentional manipulation, loss from access by unauthorised parties. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. All information gathered our platform is securely stored within the controlled database. Access to the servers is password-protected and is strictly limited.
Our security measures are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect technological developments. Regardless of where your personal information is transferred or stored, we take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that personal information is kept secure, however, please understand that no transmission of data over the internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% (one hundred percent) secure.
